Return Policy
Exchange or money back within 30 days from receiving the item. All returns must be received by us in original packaging, undamaged and not installed. Any installed, damaged or modified part will not be accepted. Any electronic or programmable item will not be accepted. All shipping costs and expense are non-refundable and payable by buyer. All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee at Autobahn’s discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on cores. Refunds will be processed in 7-10 days after Autobahn receives the item. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive refund. Please check the listing carefully to avoid any unnecessary expense and if you are unsure of fitment, please ask.
All original packaging must be returned in the condition it was sent. Do not just slap a label on the part box and mail it or no credit will be given and shipping it back will be your responsibility!
Please e-mail an Autobahn German Parts at sales@autobahnbmwparts.com ATTN: Returns before sending any returns. Returns and cores will not be processed if they do not include the following:
- Copy of the invoice
- Year, Make and Model of the vehicle
- Reason for return
- Fully completed Return Form (located under the warranty info)

Core Charges
Core charges are 100% refundable unless otherwise stated. A core charge is a deposit when purchasing a rebuilt item. It ensures the return of the old part. When purchasing an item with a core charge, the old part must be sent back to Autobahn German Parts for re-imbursement.

Autobahn German Parts is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Autobahn German Parts does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Warranty
All product warranties are implied by the manufacturer. Autobahn German Parts assumes no liability in any warranty claims. In many situations, Autobahn German parts will mediate a warranty claim between the customer and the manufacturer. Most manufactures offer a 1 year 10,000 mile warranty on their parts. Please contact us for specific warranty information. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are to accompanied by a repair order from a licensed automotive repair facility. Warranty claims cannot be made on customer damaged parts, installed or coded units.
